How to get the fastest answer

Our live chat is staffed by the same team that writes our match previews and pitch reports. To help us reply quickly, tell us which match or series you are asking about, for example "IND vs NZ 1st T20I" or "WBBL Sixers vs Thunder", and what you would like to know.

  • Match questions: ask about the pitch, weather and dew, likely playing XI, team news or player form for any match we cover.
  • Preview requests: following a series we have not covered yet? Tell us the teams and dates and we will try to add a preview.
  • Corrections: if a score, squad, date or start time on our site is wrong, send us the page link and the correct information. We check every correction against official sources and update the page.
  • Feedback and ideas: suggestions for new guides, venue reports or site features are always welcome.

When we reply

We are most active before and during matches, when previews and team news are being updated. Messages sent outside match hours are answered as soon as the team is back online. If you leave your email address in the chat, we can reply to you there as well.

What we cannot help with

CBTF Punters is a free cricket information site. We do not offer betting, betting IDs, deposits, withdrawals or real-money gaming, and we cannot help with accounts on any betting or gaming platform. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from CBTF Punters and asks for money, OTPs or bank details, it is not us. Please report it at cybercrime.gov.in or call the national cyber crime helpline 1930.
